We are delighted to announce that acclaimed chef and former owner of the internationally renowned Walnut Tree Inn restaurant, Franco Taruschio OBE, is returning to the area of his birth Le Marche Italy to assist Stefania Ghergo of the Gallery Hotel, Recanati, Mc with a new project: the ultimate cookery school, a full immersion of cooking, learning, tasting and lifestyle in the unspoiled landscape of Le Marche. With Franco you will discover the roots of the Walnut Tree: the love for the real Italian way of being and, of course, the passion for cooking.
